    60-minute Private Session $90

    You’ll be guided through movement that’s tailored to you — blending Pilates, functional strength, and breathwork to build a body that feels strong, supported, and capable. We focus on core control, posture, alignment, and joint-friendly strength — with the option to integrate Reformer yoga if you’re looking to lengthen and reset.

    But this work isn’t just physical — it’s personal.

    If you're a runner, triathlete, or someone preparing for a demanding goal, I’m here to help you arrive at the start line feeling not just physically strong, but mentally steady. We often overlook the mindset it takes to get there — but your inner state is half the battle. Together, we’ll train the body and support the mind so you can show up with confidence, clarity, and trust in your preparation.

Private Duo Pilates 2:1

Train side by side with personalised Reformer coaching that supports you as individuals and as a team. Whether you’re preparing for an event, working toward shared goals, or simply carving out intentional time to reconnect — this is movement with meaning. Every session blends expert guidance, connection, and presence to help you reach your start lines — together.

  • 60 minutes: You and your loved one $100

    These sessions offer everything included in my private 1:1 — personalised support, movement mapping, and coaching tailored to your individual needs — but shared with someone you care about.

    You’ll move with purpose, exploring movement patterns, breathwork, and mindset together. This is about strengthening not just your bodies, but your connection — to yourself, your goals, each other and life outside the studio.

    Whether you’re training for performance in any sport or simply carving out space to move with trust and presence, I’ll meet you both exactly where you are.

Small Group Mat Pilates & Plyometrics 1:3

  • These small-group sessions are about moving with meaning & intention — together.

    Whether you're here to help your body and mind flourish & excel in your sport, build strength in everyday movement, or reconnect with yourself through breath and mindful motion — this is time just for you.

    We move through a fusion of mat Pilates, functional strength, and movement patterns that support performance, balance, and longevity.

    Each session is tailored to the group’s needs, energy, and goals — whether you're beginners, athletes, or somewhere in between.

    Some sessions may be themed or sport-specific (like runners or surfers), and if you're booking as a private group, we can personalise the session to your collective focus.

    If you want a recovery flow after your Sunshine Coast triathlon or Marathon? You can request it as part of your private booking.

    Sessions are capped at three people to ensure individual attention and shared connection. Book with friends or join individually and be paired with like-minded movers.

    If the weather shifts, we’ll take it into the studio for a tailored mix of mat Pilates, Reformer, and Wunda Chair to keep your practice flowing.

    This is more than just movement — it’s space to strengthen, soften, and show up for yourself.

Online Reformer Pilates

$20 pp

Feel supported, seen, and strong — even through the screen

Move from the comfort of your own home while still receiving the guidance, accountability, and support you’d expect in-studio. These live online Reformer classes are designed to bring expert coaching and meaningful connection straight to you — wherever you are.

  • 45 minutes: You and your Reformer $20

    You’ll have the option to keep your camera on so I can check your form, offer real-time feedback, and guide your body with personalised cues.

    Or, if you’d prefer, you can leave your camera off and simply follow along, listening and moving at your own pace in your own space.

    Each class blends Pilates principles, breathwork, and mindful movement to help you feel strong, centred, and confident — whether you’re brand new to Reformer or refining your practice.

    This is about more than just exercise. It’s about creating time for yourself, moving with intention, and remembering what your body is capable of — even virtually, we’re in this together
